Hotel was classic. The location was great, with El Borrachero nearby, where we could eat. Appreciated that the room had heating, an electronic key card and a radio.
-
Free WiFi was available; the breakfast was wonderful. Furthermore, we could get to an art museum. Terrace added some charm. Liked room service too. It offers great prices.

Our stay was nice, enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts.
Welcome base for exploring Venice. It was a superior place. There are rooms for a family.

Excellent hotel located in the Accademia area. Very nice design, tiles on the floor, beautiful large hall on the floors. Beautiful design. Well decorated rooms, clean bathrooms. We had both a shower and a bath. Friendly staff, fast registration, ambulance for all questions. A nice bonus is the coffee machine on the floor of the hall. Location. Quiet street, maximum 15 minutes to Piazza San Marco, there are good restaurants in the area.
Location. As I wrote above - this is on the one hand a plus - but on the other, for us it was a minus - to get from / to the airport. There are several options: 120 Euros on a taxi boat, or about 30 Euros on a cruise boat - however, in the first case it is 25 minutes and in the second case it is 1 hour 40 minutes as the necessary stop at the end of the route. There are other options - but they are already associated with a change of transport. Almost all windows face the wall of the next house. However, this is Venice - and the view from the window is a great luxury.

A wonderful hotel with a great slant on design. Rooms are a good size (for Venice) and well equipped and the location is perfect - quiet but still close to St Marks (15 minutes walk) and with two vaporetto stops in easy (no bridges) walking distance. Breakfasts are exceptionally good and tables outside are great for people watching too. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The fruit basket and prosecco compliments of the managment were a really nice touch and the daily gummy bears were a treat too.
A perfect stay

Ideal location for waterbus and water taxis in Venice and easy walk to main attractions. Breakfast was excellent, good variety of food to suit all tastes.
-
The location is great. Very close to water bus(taxi) station from the airport and to other water taxi station to get around. Nice neighborhood.
-
The bed linen. The friendly and kind staff The bathroom The position is perfect The tables outside ideal to watch the world go by. The convenience for the water taxi Fantastic breakfast A perfect place for a Venetian sojourn Good WiFi

Everything about the hotel was first rate. We had 2 very good rooms on the 3rd floor. Academia Bridge is only 200 yards away, taking you to the heart of Venice-but leaving you in a quieter spot. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was good, and the hotel environment was 'up-market' without giving you the feeling that you 'musn't touch'. 3 years ago we stayed at the Baglioni-which was palatial- but when we go back it will be to the Ca Pisani.

Our stay was excellent, the hotel staff are so friendly and extremly helpful. They speak english and made our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is like 20 minutes walk to the main attractions and this is exactly what we were looking for as it is relaxing and quite while at the same time xlose to everything. We really recommend this hotel.

My companion was disappointed with the yfi connection. He says it needs to work well in every room

Excellent restaurant recommendations and very polite staff - superb location - away from the crowds but within easy reach of the water buses, the airport water bus and the main sights.
Everything was fine apart from a bit of a creaky bed!
-
Excellent location (next to the Accademia and close to lovely bars and restaurants), tastefully decorated lobby and room, everything very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.
The bed was a disaster - mattress too soft (we had backpane after the very first night), too short (my husband is 1.90 tall and did not fit !!!) and too narrow (for me this was a single bed, not a double one). Noisy works in the lobby starting every morning at 8 am impeded us from sleeping. Very unpleasant smell of moisture or sewage in the lobby - fortunately not in the room.
-
The location near to accademia bridge was ideal. We wanted to be able to stay at a hotel that was 4 star in the Dorsodro area that was near to a wter bus stop so we did not have to carry our luggage too far. The hotel was very close to the Zatterre stop that means ou can get a water bus direct from the airport and get pretty near the hotel without having to make a change .this worked out very well for us. Then we used the vaporetto stop at accademai to go up and down the grand canal.
There is a lack of a bar for drinks in the evening as the basement bar/ diner is used as a cheese and wine venue and this was not what we wanted. We wanted to have a apperitivo and we had to leave the hotel to do this.

Very stylish, good design in bedrooms and it wasn't just for show. The fittings in the bathroom and bedroom looked good and worked. Good lighting for reading in room too. Fresh fruit juice at breakfast very good too.
Rooms at front of hotel suffer from noise at night as pedestrians/revellers in the street below make a noise and it carries upwards.
